UARK Wi-Fi is now available in most buildings on campus, but some mobile devices occasionally have issues connecting to the network. Some people get around these issues using UARK Guest Wi-Fi to get online, but then they are unable to make secure connections for email and printing.

Tip: First, remove or forget the UARK Wi-Fi and UARK Guest Wi-Fi networks from your settings on your laptop, phone or tablet, and then re-add the UARK Wi-Fi network. Instructions for most popular devices are available at techarticles.uark.edu/wireless.

If you get an error when trying to log into the UARK Wi-Fi network, make sure you are entering your UARK username (the same username at the beginning of your UARK email address) and your UARK password.

Note: UARK Guest Wi-Fi is only recommended for campus visitors who do not have a UARK account.

Report Wi-Fi issues or provide feedback at its.uark.edu/internet/feedback. For tech support, call the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or go to askit.uark.edu.
