Website Poised to Follow Move to Consolidated Information System

BASIS and UAConnect functionality will be combined into a single information system as part of a long-term, systemwide project to implement new enterprise resource planning (ERP) software on all University of Arkansas System campuses. The Fayetteville campus is tackling this massive task, with leaders gathering from the areas of finance, procurement, human resources and student information services, to plan and implement the new system.

For several months, the university community has been expectantly awaiting news on ERP upgrades. The campus project steering committee has commissioned a website to share crucial information such as milestones, key players and timelines. The website will continue to evolve as the project continues over the next several years.

The new website at erp.uark.edu is now available to provide timely updates on the progress of the implementation on the Fayetteville campus.

Keep your eyes on Newswire for ERP and integration updates throughout 2017. Happy New Year!
