Deadline for NSF Research Traineeship Program Limited Submission is Oct. 28

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Due to the number of teams interested in the University of Arkansas’ limited submission competition to the National Science Foundation Research Traineeship Program, the deadline for submitting material for internal evaluation will be Oct. 28.

The NSF Research Traineeship program is designed to encourage the development and implementation of bold, new, and potentially transformative models for graduate education training in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields – collectively known as STEM.

The NRT program seeks proposals that ensure that graduate students in research-based master’s and doctoral degree programs develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to pursue a range of STEM careers.
