Danone Research Scientists to Give Hydration Talks Sept. 26

Jeanne Bottin and Isabelle Seksek, scientists with Danone Nutricia Research in France, will visit the University of Arkansas next week and are scheduled to speak from 3 to 4:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26 in Room 318 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building.

Bottin is a hydration physiology scientist and Seksek is a hydration behavior and kidney health manager, both with R&D Waters at Danone. Bottin's topic is "Hydration and Cognition in Children," and Seksek's topic is "Carrier Path in the Food Industry."
