Upgrade to Libraries Servers Tomorrow

The University Libraries catalog, ILLiad interlibrary loan system, remote access to databases, Find it!, and Index Arkansas will all be unavailable during planned downtime Tuesday, Aug. 9, starting at 9 a.m.

Consult our Down but Not Out guide for workarounds to locating the Libraries' materials when the system is unavailable. The guide has tips on how to keep doing research even while the catalog is down, such as using WorldCat Classic to locate materials.

This is a planned upgrade to the entire catalog system and may take 6 or more hours to complete. The Libraries' general website will still be available, but any service that relies on the catalog's system (catalog, remote access to library databases, electronic course reserves, self-checkout stations, Find it!, Index Arkansas, and the ILLiad interlibrary loan system) will be unavailable to all users.

Stay tuned to our Twitter for updates, or contact refer@uark.edu for more information.
