USPS Elimination of Pre-Printed Hardcopy Customs Declaration Forms
Due to heightened security and in support of federal export laws, handwritten or typewritten customs declaration forms PS 2976, 2976-A and 2976-B (see photo) will become obsolete and will not be accepted by USPS after June 3, 2016.
The recommended solution is to go to this USPS website link:
https://cns.usps.com/cfo/ShippingInformationAction_input
and complete the customs declaration before presenting the mail piece for postage. The Campus Post Office will no longer be able to provide the pre-printed forms nor will USPS accept them.
Please contact Doug Norwood, 575-5649 if you have any questions.
