Old Main and Several Other Buildings in Progress for Wi-Fi Expansion

The Wi-Fi expansion has progressed in several buildings this week as part of the Achieve IT: Network Everywhere project. Contractors and IT Services network engineers are working or have recently finished adding cables in the following buildings in preparation for installing new wireless access points:

  • Army ROTC Building
  • Agriculture Building
  • Agriculture Annex
  • Agriculture, Food and Life Sciences Building
  • Kimpel Hall
  • Memorial Hall
  • Old Main
  • Pat Walker Health Center
  • School of Social Work
  • Walton College of Business

Wi-Fi improvements in these buildings are expected to be completed early this summer. Updated information about the Wi-Fi expansion, as well as a feedback form to communicate with university network engineers, is available on the Network Everywhere page of the Campus IT website.
