Go All In for the U of A's 145th Birthday on March 29

Did you know the U of A's 145th birthday is one week away? On March 29, we'll celebrate 145 years of tradition, excellence, growth, memories and pride since the university's founding in 1871.

A milestone this important deserves an extra-special celebration, and that's why the entire campus community is invited to join with alumni, parents and friends all around the world to go All in for Arkansas.

The university's first-ever online giving day begins at 6 a.m. on March 29 and will rally all who love Arkansas for 1,871 minutes of making a difference. You won't want to miss a birthday bash this big, so please mark your calendar now and save the date.

And since no birthday is complete without cake, all students, staff and faculty are invited to drop by the Union Mall between 1-3 p.m. on March 29th for a fun-filled party (and photo booth!), hosted by the Student Alumni Association.  The official cake cutting will be held at 1:45 p.m. with Chris Wyrick, vice chancellor for advancement.

Follow the U of A on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for exciting updates on All in for Arkansas, and join the event on Facebook for a chance to win prizes.

Get ready to celebrate all that makes the U of A special and help make history on the Hill. Get ready to go All in for Arkansas!
