Carter Honored for Co-Authored Article on Teacher Characteristics
Vinson Carter, University of Arkansas assistant professor of STEM education, was presented the 2016 Silvius-Wolansky Outstanding Scholarly Publication in Technology and Engineering Education award for the article "Identifying Characteristics of Technology and Engineering Teachers Striving for Excellence Using a Modified Delphi."
Carter co-wrote the article with Mary Annette Rose, Steve Shumway and Josh Brown.
The award is co-sponsored by the G. Harold Silvius Foundation and the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association Council on Technology and Engineering Teacher Education. The award is presented annually to an author (or co-authors) whose scholarship has enhanced the technology and engineering education profession.
