Doctoral Student to Give Talk on Research About Abortion
Mary Hunt, a University of Arkansas doctoral student in community health promotion, will give a research presentation titled "'I Don't Believe in Abortion, but…': Examining the Complexity in People's Opinions About Access to Safe Legal Abortion" from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, March 11, in Room 311 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building.
The presentations are part of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation Research Seminar Series. The seminars are free and open to the public. The series is intended to expose students and faculty to research being conducted in the department.
Hunt is a member of the Sexual Health Research Laboratory. Her adviser is Kristen Jozkowski, assistant professor of community health promotion and co-director of the lab.
