These campus apartments are so close to campus they are "on campus."

Duncan Live! is an open house from 1 to 5 p.m. today at the Duncan Avenue Apartments, 172 Duncan Ave. Tours begin at the main office. Email DuncanAve@uark.edu for more information.

Duncan Avenue Apartments are managed by University Housing. That means you can pay rent directly through your student account. 

Reasons to Go

  • Stop by for snacks and s'mores.
  • Contract by March 11 and be entered to win an iPad Mini.
  • Tour the facility in person or online.

Prices at Duncan range from $6,528 to $6,982 for a full academic year of lodging. 

Requirements 

To live at Duncan Avenue Apartments, you must be a student who turned 19 and completed at least 30 credit hours by August 1 of the contract year.
