Graduate Students to Present Research on Sport Management Topics

Megan Turk, a University of Arkansas master's student, and Colin Cork, a doctoral student, both in recreation and sport management, will make research presentations from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, in Room 316 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building.

The presentations are part of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation Research Seminar Series. The seminars are free and open to the public. The series is intended to expose students and faculty to research being conducted in the department.

Turk's presentation is titled "NCAA Eligibility Legislation and Student-Athletes with Learning Disabilities." Cork's presentation is titled "Corporate Partners' Social Media Activation in Professional Sports."
