Competitive Male Cyclists Needed for Hydration Study: $150 Compensation
Are you an experienced cyclist or triathlete interested in learning more about your performance?
Experienced cyclists are wanted for a research study. Those in the study will participate in 4 cycling trials over 4 weeks and be compensated $150 compensation.
The Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Arkansas is now enrolling for a new study to evaluate the effects of different modes of hydration while cycling in the heat. The study will take place over 4 weeks and require that you visit the lab on 5 occasions.
For participation you will receive;
- VO2 Max Test
- Body composition determination by "DXA scan"
- Knowledge of your personal hydration status
- $150 compensation

This study is conducted under the direction of Stavros Kavouras. The protocol has been approved by the University of Arkansas Institutional Review Board for human subjects in research.
