Wi-Fi Issue Dropped Some Devices During Peak Times

Last week, some devices lost Wi-Fi connections between classes and at other peak times due to a server capacity issue. Technical staff members increased capacity and continue to address the underlying causes.

IT Services asks users to report Wi-Fi issues to the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or askit.uark.edu. When reporting, include the Wi-Fi network, device, operating system, what happened and the time of day and location where the issue occurred.
