Brian Oakley to Present Seminar at Department of Food Science

Brian Oakley, associate professor of microbial ecology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California, will present "Next-generation food safety: can we manage the microbiome of food animals?" on Monday, Jan. 25, at 3:05 p.m. at the Food Science Building, Room D-2.

The Food Science building is located 2 miles north of the main campus at 2650 N. Young Ave. Parking is free. Directions from campus: north on Garland, east on Cassatt, left on Young. FDSC is on the right.
