PMC Solutions to Relocate Services During Union Closure

PMC Solutions-Mailing Services, Campus Post Office, Copy and Ship Center, Passport Services and the Departmental Copier Program will relocate during the closure of the Arkansas Union which will be undergoing electrical repair from Dec. 21 to Jan. 11, 2016.

PMC Solutions Mail, Campus Post Office and the Passport Services will close at noon on Friday, Dec. 18, to move operations to the Harmon Parking Deck in the space formerly known as The Parking Spot and will reopen Dec. 21.

PMC Solutions Copy and Ship Center will close in the Union at noon Friday, Dec. 18, and reopen with limited services in the Harmon Parking Deck, at 1 p.m. and will process shipping as able until closing at 4:30 p.m.

To help facilitate service to our campus community and still be able to use USPS and our shipping options on this date, we will offer a complimentary shuttle by Razorback Charters, from Union Station to the Dickson Street Post Office and to the Harmon Deck, from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 18. The last shuttle to leave Union Station to go to the USPS Post Office will be by 4:30 p.m. If additional accommodations are needed Friday for getting to the Dickson Street Post Office or our temporary facilities at the Harmon Deck please call Doug Norwood at 479-575-5649.

Additionally there will only be one departmental mail pickup on Friday, Dec. 18.

The temporary location will be in the street level retail shop formerly known as The Parking Spot in the Harmon Ave Parking Deck at 146 N. Harmon Ave. The Harmon Parking Deck does allow 20 minute free parking in the deck for business. Parking over 20 minutes will cost.  Please refer to Harmon Avenue Parking Garage page for information.
