The University of Arkansas is proud to send 23 of our undergraduates to exchange universities next semester as part of an estimated 115 students planning to head overseas to study abroad this spring. These exchange students come from across campus, with Walton College, Bumpers College, College of Engineering, and Fulbright College represented. They will be studying at partner universities in Australia, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden.

Students select exchange programs to experience a "regular student" experience at different host universities around the world in exchange for international students from these host universities coming to the U of A, typically for a semester or academic year.

Laura Moix, assistant director of exchange, communication and diversity, explained, "Our exchange programs are a great way for our students to learn in new environments, challenge themselves socially, and gain an edge in the job market. It also helps to increase mutual understanding between our students and the people they meet abroad. They bring awareness of Arkansas, and the university, with them and serve as wonderful ambassadors for us."

For more information on the exchange options through the University of Arkansas, check out the Exchange Programs page.
