ROGERS, Ark. — Human resource professionals can learn a new strategy for building cross-functional relationships that bring business results by employing tips offered during a lunchtime workshop Tuesday, Dec. 8, by the Global Campus in Rogers.

Participants in the “HR in Transition: Four Steps to Becoming a Strategic Business Partner” class can meet face-to-face from noon to 1 p.m. in Suite 402, 3300 Market St., or learn via online simulcast.

Registration is available online. The cost is $29.

As a result of this class, participants will be able to:

  • Bridge the communication gap between business and HR leadership,
  • Leverage the contributions of your people,
  • Identify initiatives that further business objectives, and
  • Prove the return on investment by measuring your results.
