Stephens Inc. Chief Operating Officer to Speak to Logistics Class
Curt Bradbury, chief operating officer of Stephens Inc., will discuss personal liberty and the role it plays in finding happiness, productive achievement and morality when fully protected by the rule of law on Sept. 22 at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
He will speak to the Logistics of Capitalism class at 3:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Enterprise Development on the U of A campus. His talk is free and open to the public.
Bradbury earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from the Walton College in 1972 and a master's degree in economics from Fulbright College in 1973.
He joined Stephens Inc. in 1972 and has been chief operating officer since 1995. Bradbury serves on the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Board of Directors and the American Enterprise Institute's National Council. He formerly served on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority District 5 Conduct Committee. He is former advisory director of the Export-Import Bank and a director of the American Bankers Association.
