YogaWell Begins Friday

A yoga class is being offered to students, faculty and staff in the Pat Walker Health Center. YogaWell, offered through the Wellness and Health Promotion department, is designed to engage participants in the principles and practices of yoga.

YogaWell begins Friday, Aug. 28, in Pat Walker Health Center room 283. The class will meet every Friday from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

There is no fee for this class and you can come as your schedule allows.

About Wellness and Health Promotion: Wellness and Health Promotion inspires, motivates and supports student self-exploration about personal health and wellness.  They offer academic courses, outreach presentations and events, training retreats, peer education, and individual and group coaching to encourage movement along an individual and collective path to wellness at the University of Arkansas. The wellness staff consists of certified health education specialists, certified wellness and health coaches, graduate assistants and undergraduate peer interns.
