Kofax Unavailable During Maintenance Friday Evening

IT Services will perform planned maintenance from 5 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21, to update software on the Kofax Capture Server. The maintenance will only affect users scanning documents with Kofax Capture and Kofax Front Office Server. Before the maintenance begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, users will be required to complete all current Kofax batches and log out. During the maintenance, Kofax will be unavailable for up to an hour.
