Graduate Student Research: What Social Media Profiles Say About Sexual Consent
Kelley Rhoads, a University of Arkansas doctoral student in community health promotion, will give a talk titled “Shirtless Selfies for Guys, Scantily Clad Girls: Assessments of Sexual Consent Based on Social Media Profiles” from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, as part of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation Research Seminar Series.
The seminars take place in Room 316 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building. They are free and open to the public.
Rhoads conducts research as a member of the Sexual Health Research Lab in the College of Education and Health Professions.
The purpose of the seminar series is to expose students and faculty to research being conducted in the department. Refreshments will be served.
