Blackboard Learn Grade Center and Rubrics Demonstration for Faculty

Faculty can attend a Blackboard Learn Grade Center and Rubrics demonstration, hosted by IT Services, at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11, in the Faculty Technology Center (Gibson Annex). Additional demonstration sessions will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 and 25.

The demonstration will include an overview of the Grade Center, a centrally located Blackboard Learn tool used to calculate grades for assignments, exams and quizzes that provides students with access to their grades for monitoring their progress. Blackboard’s flexible rubrics tool, final grade calculations and ways to avoid common mistakes will also be included.
