Research Project to Assess Muscular Power Among Younger and Older Adults

Men and women over the age of 30 are wanted for a research project to study different methods of muscular power. All participants need to be in good health with no uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease. 

Testing will take place in the Human Performance Lab and will take approximately two hours to complete. All participants will receive the results of their assessments (body composition and power).
