Administrative Specialist Cat Donnelly

Cat Donnelly, administrative specialist for Air Force ROTC Detachment 030, was just named Civilian of the Year for the Southwest Region, out of a total of 36 detachments. This honor is awarded by the United States Air Force to the deserving administrative assistants and other clerical staff at the detachments who are not Air Force employees.

These civilian workers are judged not only upon their primary duties and responsibilities, but also other significant contributions to Air Force ROTC and our local community.

“From helping students with class schedule conflicts, working with at-risk youth in local schools, to organizing events in support of local artists, Ms. Donnelly’s selfless service to the cadets, cadre, and our local community make her key to this detachment’s continued success,” said Lt. Col. Buster McCall, commander of AFROTC Detachment 030.

Donnelly is one of four top civilian finalists in the nationwide competition for Outstanding Air Force ROTC Civilian of the Year.
