emPower Documents, Forms and Workflows Migrating to New System

Following the recent retirement of RazorVault and FamaVault, IT Services is in the process of migrating documents from emPower to the new document management system ImageNow.

Nearly 1 million documents from Facilities Management, ARE-ON, the Office of the Registrar and other departments have been migrated since the new system was purchased. Undergraduate Admissions will transition to ImageNow when testing of new technology that reads course and grade details from transcripts is completed next month.

More information about the new document management system is available by creating a request at askit.uark.edu and selecting ImageNow from the Category drop-down menu.
