Kenneth 'Ned' Mitchell to Present Dan Flowers Distinguished Lecture

Dan Flowers Distinguished Lecture, sponsored by the Mack-Blackwell Transportation Center and the Maritime Transportation Research and Education Center, will be presented by Kenneth “Ned” Mitchell, research civil engineer for U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory.

Mitchell will present a lecture about Optimization Formulations and Strategies for Navigation Systems Operations and Maintenance at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, in Bell Engineering Room 2282. A reception will follow.
