'The Moral Mind in Action' Presented by Professor of Educational Leadership, John Pijanowski

Academic Initiatives and Integrity is pleased to present the Integrity Awareness Week Kick-off Luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, in the Arkansas Union Room 507. The event will feature John Pijanowski, professor of educational leadership, who will talk about “The Moral Mind in Action” and explore the obstacles between moral decisions and moral action.

It will include helping participants better understand the influence of physical experiences, emotional overload, and cognitive cues on moral action. He will also share strategies for optimizing moral behavior and responding to moral failure.
