'Transitioning to College' Video Showcases University's Support Programs for New Students
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas is working to keep students enrolled after their first year by providing multiple programs designed to support new students and make their transition to college a little easier. The goal is to connect students to all the university has to offer so that they can find their way early on, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling college experience.
Approximately 30 percent of the nation’s college students drop out of school in their first year on campus. Find out what the university is doing to help new students as the new school year begins in the Arkansas Short Takes video, “Transitioning to College.”
