Hog W.I.L.D. Welcome Weeks Begin

With the start of the fall semester right around the corner, the entire campus community is gearing up to welcome all new and returning students back to Fayetteville. From Aug. 21 to Sept. 6, Hog W.I.L.D. (Welcome, Involvement, Leadership & Diversity) Welcome Weeks events and activities will take place on campus.

Hog W.I.L.D. Welcome Weeks is a two-week long program at the beginning of each fall and spring semester that provides entertaining, educational, and welcoming events for all new and returning students. A wide variety of events has been planned across campus from outdoor movies and cookouts, to student organization info sessions and Razorback athletic events.

Traditional events including New Student Welcome, Razorbash, and the Freshman Pep Rally are all on the schedule for this year with many new additions including the Hog W.I.L.D. Silent Disco. All events are sponsored by campus departments, student organizations, and community members.

An interactive schedule available through the Guidebook App is available for the entire campus community. The App allows you to customize the Welcome Weeks schedule and also gives you the opportunity to interact with the program through various social media outlets.
