Faculty Encouraged to Participate in Information Technology Review

The University of Arkansas is engaged in an outside review of campuswide information technology practices and procedures by consultants from WTC Consulting. WTC specializes in reviews of higher education and medical institutions. They have conducted similar reviews at Florida State, University of Washington and University of Illinois.

As part of the review process, WTC is seeking input from faculty members regarding the current and future use of information technology in teaching and research on the University of Arkansas campus. Sessions are scheduled for April 1 and 3 in the Faculty Technology Center located in Gibson Annex. Additional sessions will be scheduled for the week of April 15 if needed.

Sign up for a session at http://edp.uark.edu/register_schedules.php?courseID=30194. Sessions are 45 minutes long.

This is an opportunity to provide ideas and opinions about IT practices and procedures on campus. IT services encourages you to participate.
