The 2014-15 ASG elections are here, and Associated Student Government invites university students to learn about the candidates running for ASG president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer at the Executive Election Candidate Forum. 

The Executive Election Candidate Forum will occur on March 4 in the Graduate Education Auditorium at 7 p.m.

In addition, ASG will host an Election Cookout from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, March 10, on the Arkansas Union Mall. Candidates will attend in order to inform students on their platform and issues.

Voting for ASG Executive, Senate, and Graduate Student Congress takes place from 9 a.m. March 10 and to 4 p.m. March 13 via vote.uark.edu. Students who prefer a paper ballot may vote at the office of student activities, located in A665 in the Arkansas Union.

"ASG Elections are one way that students can directly influence how our university is run. I urge all students to exercise their right to vote in this election,” said Jeff Martin, ASG elections commissioner.
