Kentucky Professor to Give Lecture on School Choice
Eugenia Toma, the Wendell H. Ford Professor of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky, will give a lecture about school choice at noon Friday, Feb. 14, on the University of Arkansas campus.
Toma’s lecture is titled “Is there a link between rural school choice and student performance?” Her research interests include economics of schooling and economics of the political process.
The lecture is part of the series sponsored by the department of education reform and is free and open to the public. It starts at noon in Room 343 of the Graduate Education Building, and RSVP is requested for a light lunch. RSVP online by 1 p.m. Feb. 12.
