Help for the Holidays

The holiday season is approaching and many have some festive activities planned with family and friends. The holiday season can also be a stressful time for many people due to the death of a loved one, family issues, and being alone.

It is easy to become overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of activities going on around us, and we often forget to take time for ourselves.

For help and ideas on coping with stress during the holiday season, contact your Employee Assistance Program at 1-800-542-6021.
