Food Science Club Annual Sale of Apple Butter and Apple Sauce

Apple butter and apple sauce are on sale from the Food Science Club! The Food Science Club has been making apple butter for over 20 years as a fundraising activity and has added apple sauce this year.

The apple butter and apple sauce are made in the food science department from regionally-grown apples. Proceeds from the sales are used to assist in the education and career development of food science students. The products are available for purchase at the Food Science Building, 2650 N. Young Ave., or contact the Food Science Club at foodscienceclub@gmail.com for free on campus delivery (Fridays only) for a case or more. Apple butter prices: $4 per 16oz. jar, 2 jars for $7, case of 12 for $35; $3 per 8oz. jar, 2 jars for $5 or case of 12 for $25
