Susan Zaripheh, wellness and nutrition senior manager of research, long-term strategy and innovation for the Hillshire Brands Co., will present "What you need to know to be successful as a scientist in the food and beverage industry: Success starts in graduate school." The lecture will be at 3:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in Room D-2 of the Food Science building, 2650 N. Young Ave. Everyone is invited.
