Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Bordelon served as a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s Assurance and Advisory Services Business, where she served two Fortune 100 clients and other clients in the retail and consumer products industry. Bordelon also previously worked for Tyson Foods in a variety of finance and accounting positions.

She is one of 15 executive women serving on Walmart’s President’s Global Council of Women Leaders. Bordelon is a co-chair of the Walmart Women in Finance group as well as an executive sponsor of the Sam’s Club Women Advisory Council. She has also served on the steering committee of the Walmart Women’s Officer Caucus.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Finance Executives International and Network of Executive Women. Additionally, Bordelon serves on the U.S. Financial Accounting Standards Board and International Accounting Standards Board Joint Working Group on Lease Accounting. She is also a member of the Sam M.
