Scrimgeour, a research physiologist for the Military Nutrition Division, U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, will present "Life as a scientist with the Army" and "The role of zinc in gut health" at 3:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, in Room D-2 of the food science department, 2650 N.
