Robert R. Wolfe to Present Seminar at Food Science Department
Robert R. Wolfe, director of the Reynolds Institute on Aging and professor in the Reynolds department of geriatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, will present "The role of protein quality and quantity on skeletal muscle function during aging" at 3:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, in Room D-2 of the Food Science Building, 2650 N.
