Early Start Time for Employee Awards Banquet

The 2013 Employee Awards Banquet will begin early this year. Banquet attendees may arrive as early at 5 p.m. for dinner and the program will begin at 5:30 p.m. Please note that the start time of 5:30 is 30 minutes early than what was previously publicized as a 6 p.m. start time. There will be no social hour this year.

The Employee Awards Banquet is an annual celebration to recognize employees who have worked for the university for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years, the Employees of the Quarter and Employees of the Year, the Staff Senate Scholarships, and the Team Award recipients. Chancellor Gearhart and other university administrators will be joined by the award recipients' supervisors and guests in thanking these valued employees for their years of service and their accomplishments.

A listing of the award recipients can be found at the Employee Awards Banquet website. Make sure to take a moment to express your appreciation to friends and colleagues on the list for their commitment and service to the University of Arkansas.
