Inaugural Walton College M.B.A. Alumni Reconnect Day Planned for Oct. 5

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Graduate School of Business in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas will host the inaugural M.B.A. Alumni Reconnect Day on Saturday, Oct. 5.

The event will  be held at the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Enterprise Development on the University of Arkansas campus. It is designed to provide alumni of the Master of Business Administration program with the opportunity to network and a chance to learn from campus and corporate leaders. 

“The Walton M.B.A. faculty is committed to providing lifelong learning opportunities for our alumni,” M.B.A. Director Vikas Anand said. “The faculty sessions for the M.B.A. Alumni Reconnect Day will give participants insight into recent developments in entrepreneurship, analytics and supply chain, global economic trends and much more.”

Walton M.B.A. corporate partners are giving generously of their time as well. Corporate speakers and panelists include Paul Davis, vice president of customer development for Tyson Foods Inc.; Dina Howell, worldwide chief executive officer of Saatchi & Saatchi X; Charles Redfield, executive vice president of merchandising for Sam’s Club and Louis Gottsponer, senior vice president and general manager of value-added meal solutions at Tyson Foods Inc.
