Order Site Now Available for U of A Faculty and Staff Regalia

The University of Arkansas Bookstore's faculty rental regalia website is now live and available to accept orders for Fall 2013 Graduation. Any U of A faculty and staff in need of regalia for the Fall 2013 commencement can visit uofastore.com/gradsalute/faculty to place your regalia order.

After logging in Faculty will be shown their previous order history if they have ordered before, or they will be directed to enter their degree and regalia information into the system. Faculty can submit rental regalia orders at any time by clicking the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of their summary or after entering or editing information. Faculty will receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting their order. Please note that an order has not been submitted until the user clicks the "Submit Order" button and receives an email confirmation of their order.

Administrative assistants can manage faculty regalia orders for any U of A faculty who authorize them as their order contact by logging into the website above. Faculty can authorize an administrative assistant at any time by logging into the system, editing their order contact information, and saving the changes.

All regalia orders are due before 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8. Regalia will be available to pickup at Graduation Distribution during the following dates and times:

• Wednesday, Dec. 18, and Thursday, Dec. 19, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 20, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 21, from 7:30 a.m. to noon
