A reception will immediately follow the event in the lecture hall of the Center for Multicultural and Diversity Education.
“The program is intended to promote healthy dialogue regarding the complex issues surrounding the Trayvon Martin case and their ramifications for our society moving forward,” said John Jones, director of the Center for Multicultural and Diversity Education.

Panelists will be Cory Anderson, vice president of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation; journalism professor Patsy Watkins; assistant professor of law Laurent Sacharoff; criminal defense attorney Leon Jones; and Ron Harris, founder and president of the youth empowerment organization A Level Up.
