Participate in Division of Student Affairs Social Media Scavenger Hunt Challenge

New and returning students can win prizes and get information by taking part in the Division of Student Affairs Welcome Weeks social media scavenger hunt challenge across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

It's simple to participate. The first challenge will get you set up to receive the rest of the challenges, which range from posting a photo from the first pep rally to telling us your favorite part of Welcome Weeks. There will be 15 challenges in all and you must complete 10 of them in order to win the big prize – a $100 gift card good at all Chartwells locations on campus.

RULES: One challenge will be Tweeted per day during Welcome Weeks, starting Monday, Aug. 26. Always tag @UA4student in your tweets and Instagram posts, and use the official university hashtag #YOUofA.

1. Follow @UA4Student on Twitter, Instagram and "Like" the Division of Student Affairs on Facebook

2. Stop by a Welcome Weeks table and tweet one helpful tip.

3 & 4. Find the Student Standards and Conduct Office table and the Substance Education & Alcohol Resources (SEAR) table at Razorbash and Instagram a picture from each.

5. Follow New Student And Family Programs on Twitter @uarkNSFP. Tweet and tell them why you are excited to be a Razorback!

6. Take a "selfie" with one of the Dream Machine kiosks. Instagram or Tweet.

7. Take a photo or video of one hog call at the first Pep Rally, or Freshman Pep Rally.

8. Take a photo with one of the deans at Where's the Dean. Instagram or tweet.

9. Follow @UA_Food on Twitter and Tweet or Instagram a photo from your favorite on-campus Chartwells location.

10. Tweet one thing you learned at any of the following: ASG + UP Movie Night, ASG cookout, Luau at Pomfret, New Student Welcome + Burger Bash, UREC Bash, or FNL.

11. Take a photo with anyone wearing a Welcome Weeks shirt. Instagram or tweet.

12. Follow University Programs (UP) @UParkansas on Twitter and tell them who you want to see in concert.

13. Take the most creative photo you can with a non-perishable food item. Bring the item to the Volunteer Action Center in the Arkansas Union for the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry.

14. Check in on Facebook with the Division of Student Affairs and tell us your favorite part of Welcome Weeks.

15. Follow @uastrengths on Twitter and Tweet your top five strengths learned from StrengthsFinder Assessment.
