Update to Application Slowness Due to SQL Issue

SharePoint and emPower users may continue to experience slowness due to a known issue with the SQL server. Other systems associated with the SQL server could also be affected.

IT Services implemented several fixes recommended by Microsoft support as incremental steps toward problem resolution. Technical staff will continue to monitor system performance and work with Microsoft should the issue persist. IT Services asks tech partners to report SQL server-related issues at askit.uark.edu.
