Are you having trouble sleeping? Difficulty falling or staying asleep? Difficulty turning your mind off at night? The Psychological Clinic at the University of Arkansas is offering a six-week group-based Cognitive Behavioral treatment for insomnia (CBT-I). Total cost for participation is $60.

This covers all assessments and treatment. Treatment sessions will be held Tuesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. for six weeks beginning on June 11.
