ASG Executives Officers, Cabinet and Senate to be Sworn In Friday

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The four new executive officers of the Associated Student Government at the University of Arkansas will be sworn in during a ceremony at 3 p.m. Friday, May 3 in University House.

Bo Renner, a junior marketing major, will become the new ASG president, with Ellie Keffler, junior history major, serving as vice-president.  Matt Chaffin, a sophomore finance and investments major, will be the ASG’s new treasurer. Lindsey Bach, sophomore journalism and Spanish double major, with a minor in marketing, will be sworn in as ASG Secretary.

All four new members of the executive branch held previous ASG experience as senators in the ASG legislature.

The Chair of Senate, Chief of Staff and members of the Executive Cabinet will be sworn in during the ceremony, as well as all newly elected members of the ASG Senate.  

Sharon Gaber, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs will preside over the swearing in ceremony. A reception will be held after the ceremony.
