Extended Hours Available for ISIS Users

If you are an ISIS user and have ever wished there were more hours in the day, the ISIS Team can now make your wish come true. Effective immediately, ISIS will be available for use until 2 a.m. seven days a week, giving all users two additional hours of access every day.

“We are very pleased to be able to provide all of our users additional opportunities to access ISIS,” said Dave Dawson, registrar and associate vice provost for enrollment services. “We feel the new hours will also help meet the needs of our students and better fit their busy lifestyles by giving them additional time to access class schedules, or pay on their student account.”

Historically, ISIS has been closed at midnight to allow the system to run extensive processes and exchange data with other campus databases overnight. Recent changes on the technical side of ISIS now permit these processes to run more efficiently, creating the additional access time for users.

ISIS is now available to users from 6 a.m. until 2 a.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are from 12 noon until 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The new hours are posted on the ISIS log in page and the ISIS Help website http://isishelp.uark.edu.
