Students Given Online Access to Enrollment Verifications and Unofficial Transcripts

Currently enrolled students can now view their enrollment verification and unofficial transcript online. Previously, these student records could only be requested through the office of the registrar. Now, any currently enrolled student can now log into ISIS and view or print an enrollment verification or unofficial transcript.

An enrollment verification provides information such as student’s name, program, enrollment status, and grade-point average. It generally serves as proof of a student’s enrollment for various purposes, including for insurance coverage or discounts. The unofficial transcript is often used for advising purposes, but may be accepted initially for internship, scholarship, or employment purposes. Students generally have to follow this up with an official transcript sent from the office of the registrar.

“We are very pleased to offer these new online services to our current students,” said Dave Dawson, associate vice provost for enrollment services and registrar. “This will make it more convenient and efficient for them to access these useful records. It also contributes to our goal of increasing online services to our students.”

Current students will find links to these new options on their Student Center page in ISIS in their “other academic…” drop-down menu. Instructions on how to request these records are available at http://registrar.uark.edu/426.php for the enrollment verification and at http://registrar.uark.edu/412.php for the unofficial transcript.

Academic advisors will also have the ability to view unofficial transcripts from their Advisor Center in ISIS, under the Student Center tab. Instructions for advisors are available at ISIS Help, http://isishelp.uark.edu/270.php, under the Advisors tab.
