Join the Outdoor Connection Center for an Alaskan Kayaking Adventure

The University Recreation Outdoor Connection Center is going sea kayaking in Anchorage, Alaska, on June 19-28. On this paddling adventure, the group will see Prince William Sound, the northern extent of the Gulf of Alaska, which is flanked by mountains and features abundant wildlife, from whales and harbor seals to eagles and bears.

All transportation (including flight), kayaks, kayaking equipment, camping equipment, permits, ferries, shuttles, food in the backcountry, and kayak instruction is included in price.

Trip registration and $500 deposit are due no later than Friday, March 29. There will be a pre-trip meeting to go over all logistics and travel arrangements at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, in the Outdoor Connection Center. Cost is $2,200 for University of Arkansas Students and $2,300 for University of Arkansas faculty, staff and UREC members.
